All our products are made to the highest standards, with quality materials and workmanship. We proudly offer the following warranties on all our soft seating furniture items.

Warranty Coverage

• 20-year frame warranty
• 3-year stitching warranty
• 3-year foam warranty

Scooch Home's warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of any faulty component covered under warranty.

Unfortunately, our warranty on fabric applies to flaws in the fabric itself but does not cover problems from poor treatment and maintenance of your coach or unit. This is because fabric is subject to wear and tear from regular use. Also, how you use and care for your furniture at home is beyond Scooch Home's control.

About Our Fabric

Dye colours may vary slightly from batch to batch, though they should not differ significantly from fabric sample swatches. It's important to know that pilling (small balls of fibre on fabric) is not a fabric defect or fault. It is not covered under our guarantee. Pilling may occur in the first few months after purchase. This is completely normal and will reduce over time. All our fabric is 100% polyester (non-natural). This doesn't mean the fabric is lower quality - quite the opposite! We chose this fabric because it lasts much longer than natural fabrics. Pilling can happen when natural fibres come into contact with non-natural fibres.

Product Specifications

We always try to improve our designs. We make updates when needed to enhance small details in appearance or to improve performance. This means our specifications may change without notice. While our products remain the same as the samples shown in stores or on our website, we may make reasonable changes over time. Our products are designed and made for home use. If you plan to use any of our products in a commercial property or for business purposes, please make sure they meet the standards required for that environment.
