Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat fee of R 1,000 per order, which will be applied to your shopping cart.
Your purchased items will be delivered to the room of your choice.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase, but generally it takes:
- 5-7 Days for Despatching from Distribution
- 7-14 Days for furniture order to your home.
When you place an order, we provide an estimated delivery date.
Once your sofa completes production, our professional delivery team will contact you to schedule a suitable time and date for delivery. All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Deliveries are done by reliable, contracted third-party transporters with a national delivery network.
What countries do you deliver/ship to?
We deliver throughout South Africa.
What is your return policy?
All our products are made to order and we take pride in crafting each piece to a high standard. Unfortunately due to this personalised nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Do you offer a product warranty?
Enjoy a 10-year warranty on our frames and a 3-year guarantee on our fabrics.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:
A. Frame & Structure
• Covered for 10 Years against manufacturing defects, including breakage, warping, and structural failure. • Excludes damage due to excessive weight, misuse, or modifications.
B. Cushioning & Foam
• Covered for 3 Years against sagging, loss of shape, or manufacturing defects under normal residential use. • Some softening of foam over time is considered normal wear and tear.
C. Upholstery Fabric
• Covered for 3 years against stitching defects, tearing, or seam separation under normal use. • Does not cover stains, pet damage, discoloration due to sunlight, or improper cleaning.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including minor pilling, fabric softening, or fading. • Damage from improper assembly, misuse, accidents, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions. • Modifications, repairs, or alterations done by unauthorised personnel. • Commercial or rental use. • Personal preferences comfort or firmness unless proven to be a defect.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please:
- Provide proof of purchase, receipt or invoice
- Submit photos or videos of the defect.
- Contact our customer care service at support@scoochliving.com. We will assess the claim and determine if repair, replacement, or compensation is applicable. Transportation costs may apply.
4. Warranty Remedies
If a defect is found, we may:
- Repair the defective part.
- Replace the sofa or affected components.
- Offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or expenses beyond product repair or replacement.
